Thilo Höelscher

Thilo Hoelscher, is a physician-scientist, neurologist, and globally recognized key opinion leader in brain ultrasound and microbubble technology. He is the inventor of the SONAS device and a pioneer in applying ultrasound to stroke diagnosis and treatment, including sonothrombolysis. Dr. Hoelscher previously served as Director of Germany’s first Stroke Unit and has built an international reputation for translating breakthrough ultrasound science into practical, real-world clinical innovation.

Jim Brailean, is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and technology executive with deep expertise in corporate transactions, venture capital, private equity, advanced signal processing, and wireless communications. He co-founded PacketVideo, a pioneer in wireless multimedia communications that was acquired by NTT DOCOMO, and today serves as Managing Partner of Karmel Capital and Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of BURL Concepts. Dr. Brailean brings decades of leadership experience building, scaling, investing in, and advising technology-driven companies across both operating and capital markets.
